The conceptual framework for the landscape design of the non-profit housing development is rooted in the structures of the surrounding cultural landscape, with a specific emphasis on apple farming and meadow orchards. A cohesive design is achieved by connecting individual areas of communal spaces through a strategically planned grove of trees, fostering a consistent and versatile environment for various activities.

The layout of paths and playgrounds is orchestrated in a dynamic formal language, establishing a harmonious relationship with the seemingly rigid grid of trees. The intentional arrangement of June berries, ornamental apples, pears, and cherries not only creates vibrant flower sensations in spring but also shapes an edible landscape that provides sustenance for the inhabitants throughout the year. This thoughtful integration of natural elements contributes to the overall aesthetic appeal and functionality of the housing development.
