From a broad-scale perspective, the encompassing region is distinguished by agricultural land, the Sattnitz river, extensive moorland, and meadows. The forthcoming public indoor pool is slated to become an integral component of the city’s sports district, adjacent to a track and field arena and the municipal soccer stadium. The landscape design draws inspiration from the surrounding environment by incorporating wetlands into the new public park, alongside active zones, a multi-modal traffic hub, and playgrounds.
